Location: Hybrid Position (Vancouver or Coquitlam offices 1-2 days per week, remote work for the remaining days).
Position: Temporary 12-month Contract – Maternity Leave Cover. Part-time: $24-$26 hourly.

Job Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the management and execution of our four dental offices’ marketing goals and objectives. In addition to social media, the role is also responsible for providing excellence in communication, being the gatekeeper for our website and creating effective marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be crucial in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and supporting various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting the marketing department in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Creating engaging social media content and other marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
- Responsible for website management, which requires a strong understanding of CMS (WordPress).
- Coordinate website content updates, which can include adding new pages, making edits to existing content, improving website loading speed, and other technical SEO elements.
- Independently coordinating, creating and managing our social media profiles/accounts.
- Compiling analytical reports (with KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategy improvements.
- Spearheading email marketing and communication strategies, engaging our patient base and promoting our services.
- Using graphic design skills and proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Overseeing the production of foundational marketing materials and collateral to ensure a consistent brand identity.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to support various campaigns, such as referral projects, HR campaigns, events, oral health presentations, and other initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating and executing marketing strategies, particularly in the dental and health industry, is a significant plus.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor (page builder)
- Proficiency with SEO best practices and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with paid advertising and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Analytics.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work both in the office (Vancouver or Coquitlam) and remotely.
